I am interested in finding blogs that are similar to the ones that I already read. I found two web sites that offer to do this.
Recommended Reading returns some interestes results (here are the
results for this blog), but it looks like it is based on a old
collection of blogs. It doesn't seem that is using a current list of blogs. It looks like it is using data from the blogging ecosystem, which is not being updated anymore.
BlogMatcher looks like it is more up to date, because it gets its data from changes.xml from weblogs.com, every 4 hours. So the data should be pretty up to date. I have not been able to get the query page to work for me. It looks like the search server is not running on the web server.
