As Tesla's electric vehicle lineup continues to grow, many owners are seeking ways to take advantage of North America's fast-developing CCS charging network. Luckily, Tesla has released a CCS adapter that enables newer Tesla vehicle owners to use CCS charging stations.
In addition to Tesla's adapter, several other companies have also released adapters that have the same capabilities, but with slightly lower prices. For example, the HANSSHOW CCS Charger Adapter, available on Amazon, has the same capabilities as the Tesla adapter but is available for a lower price.
The CCS adapters are compatible with Tesla cars with CCS enabled, including all Model Y, Model 3, Model S, and Model X cars produced after October 2021. The adapters provide Tesla owners access to a growing network of CCS charging stations, which are increasingly common in North America.
