XM FM Modulator

Paul Westbrook | 10 October, 2004 14:20

XM Delphi FM modulator This afternoon, I installed the Delphi FM Modulator for the Delphi SkiFi in our 1993 Nissan Sentra. It is great to be able to listen to XM, without using the tape adapter or the cigarette lighter. Also there isn't the problem with tape hiss.
After I installed it, there are two potential problems:

  1. I am not able to turn off the center vents on the console (I need to hook back up the cable. I couldn't feel where it should hooked on. I will try again with a flashlight)
  2. The modulator is connected to constant volt power, so it does not turn off when I shutdown the car.
